Hiya and thanks for offering your help. Im with Powergen for gas and elec and have emailed them 3 times asking if the tariff I am on is the best rate for me from all the tariffs they have and if not I will change elsewhere however they dont seem to be answering my emails - do I take it that the tariff I am on is not the lowest since they're not answering me. However with all these comparison sites I get a different reply whichever site I use so am kind of scared to move incase it turns out for the worst - so what recommendations would you give me then. thanks
