is iva an option?

hi, im 27 and thinking of goingto unniversity in september as i am stuck in a dead-end job and need a change of career.
the only problem is that i owe around £13,000 on a loan, £2,000 on a credit card, and £750 in my overdraft and am paying a mortgage.
I am going to move back into my parents house while i study the 3 year course :mad: and rent out my house to cover my mortgage payments.

would it be worth me getting an IVA to clear my debts whilst at uni?
really dont know what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated!
