My question really was, is there any money to be made in mystery shopping, can i make a few quid out of it.
All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

i work full time and try to make £100 per month in mystery shopping fees.

i do this by aiming to do 3/4 jobs per week.

you should be a ble to make more if you do not work 9-5 mon-fri as a lot of banks etc can only be shopped during these times.

I started last October with one company and not that many jobs come up.
I have had 4 jobs and made approx £50 from it.

Not bad,I just put it into the kids bank accounts :)

Do you belong to just one company?
The one I belong to doesn't send that many through,I was thinking because of the area?
I have had 3 bank visits and one store visit,LOL
  • I belong to about 4 companies now, and am making about £40 a month...it really is variable though (oh, and I work full time, so I am limited in the ones I can accept...).

March was a good month for example - made nearer £100. This month, not so good...

I try to do the bank ones during lunch if I can, I get an hour for lunch and if they are close by I usually fit them in.
  • you can make money but have to play it safe, I got carried away and started to pick up loads and loads after making a good packet thinking I always would which I didnt and bare in mind these jobs can sometimes be hard to get I went to doing anout 15 a week at one point to less than half of that a month!

The amount of jobs you can get are governed by the area you live. My area - south coast - hardly get anything, large cities are a lot better off.
Also, don't forget you must register as self employed and pay tax out of it!
  • so which are the best companies to register for?
Mortgage Start jun 2007 £88500 Outstanding Balance £51000
    Overpayments 2007 Nil 2008 £1040 2009 £7853 2010 £10000 2011 aiming for £18000 (6k so far)
