Liberty claims - clear cc balance

I have just come accross an advert where a company called Liberty Claims who have advised that if you had taken out a credit card out before 2007 there is a change that they could either get your credit card paid off in full or part of the balance due to some loophole in the terms of agreement.
Does anyone know anything about this.

There is a charge of £295.00 which is paid upfront and if they are not sucessfull you loose that money but you can also go for £395.00 which will then allow you to have the refund if you are not sucessfull.

what is the position on this claim, is this right, i have not seen anything on here regarding this and has anyone dealt with Liberty Claims.

A company next door to use do this and they are very busy at the moment. There charge is £595.
