Insurance doesnt cover late pregnancy ?

Hi guys

I will phone Admiral later but thought id see if anyone else knew , has anyone ever heard of car insurance not being vaild once a lady becomes 38 weeks pregnant on...?

Never heard of that one before. There can be restrictions on travel insurance but not motor.

When I was 8 months pregnant a woman hit my car and wrote her own car off, the police were called as the bystanders were concerned as we were both the size of a small bungalow. Turns out the lady was 9 months pregnant and was driving her self to her mothers as she thought she was in labour and was frightened.

Her insurance paid us both out in full.
