Seller put incorrect postage on parcel.

I bought 2 items off this seller and they stated the postage to be £2.00 But she only but a first class stamp on it and i had a card though the door saying i have to pay £1.50 for it. Which i have now done. I have emailed the seller to ask for the postage i paid to be refund back to me.

Also in the listing title and in all invoices and emails to each other, one of the items states that there should be 20 of said item but i only received 10. I have asked her to give me the remaining 10 but in the
actual description i now see it does say 10. Who would be in the right here her or me.

i haven't had a reply yet how long should i give it before i contact the resolution center?

I'd have asked for £2 for that. Unless it didn't cost you any time / money to collect the package from your sorting office...

As a rule, go by what the description says. The title's of ebay auctions are often misleading (or just keyword spammed) anyway, so a good read of the description's a must.
