Easier said than done, and they may go for court action eventually. Just because on average it is more of a threat than a reality doesn't mean they won't do in your case.
It's your call in the end. Depends on whether you can cope with the hassle. Some people take the attitude that they will just ignore it unless any really do take legal action, and then go BR.
Some take on the DCAs by challenging/requesting credit agreements for example, or their legal right to collect the debt.

Yes your right think i would prefer a clean slate and a debt free life with no hassle appreciate the knowledge you have shared, learn something everyday will pass info on to others when neccessary.
Once i am through this i have been asked to join ssafa as a case worker they are willing to training me in debt and benefits so i can help others in the same boat as me0 -
