If this is not the right place to post I apologise. I had a mail this a.m from 18866 telling me that my credit card was due to expire at end of this month and they would not be able to collect money for my bill. My card is valid from a date earlier this year (and 18866 has collected payment from it) and expires on a date in 2011. The mail advised to contact services if there is a problem (and gives a link) and NOT to reply to the address on the mail. I sent a reply to services@call18866.co.uk - as per the link, giving the valid from and to dates and asking if there might be an error at their end. This mail was returned to me marked undeliverable. I tried a second time with the same result
Please does anyone know how to get in touch with 18866 other than through the link they provide.Thank you in advance for any help

Check your 18866 A/C online to see what details of your credit card are recorded (Martin cautions against allowing this for such payments BTW). By the sound of it, you may have forgotten update the expiry date when the new card arrived earlier this year.I had a mail this a.m from 18866 telling me that my credit card was due to expire at end of this month and they would not be able to collect money for my bill. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Thank you del and Heinz. for your replies.. Checking my A/c on-line did indeed show that I had not changed the expiry date. On balance I think a DD is safer so willl set that up. Thanks again0
