    Sent my forms and letters to the FOS today - hopefully it will lead somewhere.

    Had to send in the application for the FOS, they did reply to me and said they are looking into it, its out of my hands now. Surely, if the FOS says something about a case to 1 person, it should apply to everyone, Lloyds are really messing people about here on a big, shocking level of "heres a standard letter no mater what you have wrote to us about" when people apply. Something needs to be done about Lloyds, no other banks do this i think it might be against the law even.
