Those huts look lovely Dinah! Never seen them before.

I best warn OH about all this wedding talk going on, makes me want to get married! Your dream weddings seem way different from mine though!

Just had 5 water cooler bottles dropped off in the office, going to attempt to move them across the yard to the other office. Eep!

Well done Flower!! :j I forgot to weigh myself this week but I'm not holding my breath for weight loss - with the meal out on Friday then pizzas ect at OHs house I think I'll be lucky if I just hold steady.

Oooh, well done Flower! You've done so well!
So far I've had 2g of carbs today, I'm allowed 20g so I'm OK! Chicken and bacon salad (well, Spinach leaves!) and shepherd's pie with cauliflower mash instead of potato tonight. OH has asked me to leave the recipe so he can start making it before I get home, I'll be waiting for a call later because he can't find all the ingredients! He's not very good at following recipes, he doesn't like doing it so I'm not convinced it'll go well!

Wow, 10lbs in three weeks!!!! Yikes! Are you stopping there or carrying on a bit?

Think im going to relax it from now on just try and maintain what i am now. I am comfortably a size 10 now which is what i wanted - i would still like to tone up a bit more. But i have been a size 8 before and it wasnt a good look, i looked ill - i am not designed to be that size as all my bones stick out! So i dont really want to lose anymore.

Wow thats amazing weightloss Flower congrats. I'm not going to worry too much this week as spending 4 days in Ireland and I can't control what I eat over there, but once I get back it will be back on the wagon, want to get down to a proper size before mum makes me go dress shopping!

Maldive huts are expensive though, going to have to keep hoping for that lottery win!

Wii fit!! We have had a wii fit for ages but to be honest it never really got used, i was even starting to consider putting it on ebay. But OH bought a new personal trainer package for it off a work colleague for £10 ( normally £40 - hes really getting into this MSE!! So proud lol ). So i have been going on that for at least 40 minutes everyday and just cut out the junk food - nothing overly special!

What do you actually do on the Wii Fit? I've only ever had a quick go on Wii Sports so I don't really get what you do with it!

Well the basic wii fit package has yoga, cardio, muscle strengthing exercises and you do all these different mini workouts - when i say mini i mean like 3 minutes. Its a good place to start but after a while doesnt really feel like your doing a work out.
But the new package i have is loads of cardio things - u do them on the board and it can tell if your doing it right, what level your doing it at, tells you how many calories you have burnt etc... Its nothing that you cant do by yourself to be honest, but i find if i am left to my own devices i wont do it and the wii fit is kind of encouraging to see how much you have done.
Its just like having a mini gym in your front room.
