I called Barclays back in September last year, and said that I was having financial difficulty and had a discussion with the advisor on the phone. They sent out all the paperwork, but I never returned it.
Yesterday I noticed that over £900 :jhad been credited to my account, and when I got home I had a letter pertaining to my complaint of 24th September 2008. Seven months later, I have received the money. I am very shocked, and surprised, it has really helped me get out of a hole.

Got £2970 out of nearly 5k, took 3 weeks in all after sending my Exspenditure form back, I believe if you really are in hardship and can prove it you will get something back from barclays, they are really helpful there, anyone one who is claiming against barclays just keep pestering them and let them know that you are in severe hardship you will defo get something..
