This was a competition run my local council in its local magazine 'Your Sheffield'. You had to write a short paragraph about your new year's resolutions. After reading some advice about entering competitions on the Competitions board, I entered and won!!!
Best advice about entering competitions was:
1. Enter local competitions
2. Enter text based competitions
3. Avoid online, simple click through comps as thousands enter
