JML Fresh Air Globe had a RECALL

Sorry, didnt have a clue where to put this so if it needs moving then please do so.
Had a telephone call from Tesco saying that the JML Fesh Air Globes have been recalled. Its a faulty power adapter and its models with the number FJ22400850A2 which are affected. You can have a full refund (no receipt needed) or they will reorder it for you.
I dont know other shops policies on this as to wether receipt is needed etc.
