PMS, you're right, no NPN route but if you do the Royal Mail surveys, then you get free stamps; I got bumped off it sadly so will have to think carefully which ones I want to enter.

Would you be annoyed if a neighbour came round with a parcel which was delivered to her 2 days ago, I have had no card left from courier to say it was delivered there & neighbour mentioned the box 'smelt funny'? It was Yankee Doodle Candles order & only when I've checked online it says it was delivered at 10.15am Tuesday morning? It's making me wonder where the rest of my 'missing' parcels are
