we now have 6/7 presents we've got him in our possession, and if the other one turns up late, it's not the end of the world as it's just a silly XBox game.. *sighs*

Gemma, I would not worry much about what they say...you have put a great effort into getting these gifts and *he* should see that!! What is the occasion anyway?

I got the new edition of Glamour today (with Beyonce on the front)....they have another mega giveaway but I CBA to post it all as it's loads of typing; it's only £1 to buy or just have a free nose through it in the supermarket next time you're there....you can basically win all the stuff they're featuring and some other stuff like the chance to meet Chase someone (no idea who he is)...

oh yes, we still both live in Southampton, he'll just be commuting to [STRIKE]scummy[/STRIKE] Portsmouth every day :rotfl:

I've put so much effort into tomorrow - I've organised the meal, bought the presents, had to nag at companies about said presents, made the wrapping paper (it's tradition to make wrapping paper out of photos of the person) and organised 2 surprise guests for the evening! I'm exhausted from it all..

Just got in, not read back yet but saw this post from FE. I have this issue of Glamour there is NO free entry route for this competitions it's text/phone or postal so I am slowly listing them all on the postal thread if anyone wants to have a look.

Sounds exciting ....I didn't know about the wrapping paper: hilarious! What does it do? Bring good luck? I will have to do some for OH's pressies then
