Hiya everyone! Hope you are all well.
Mr Drink is watching tv so I thought I'd pop on and catch up with you all.
How are my dietcomping buddies doing? My first week went really well. On track for my half a stone loss in half a term. Been doing my wii fit daily like a good girl (30 mins jogging), although I totally overdid it on Saturday, killed my calfs! I could barely walk on Sunday! Managed to get back on it tonight though so I only lost two days. Am away for BHM (well BHWeekend really) so I'm doing loads of damage limitation!
Comping... Well I haven't done any of that since the Easter hols, argh where has the time gone! It really doesn't feel like 1.5 weeks ago!
Erm... think that is my news. Will go and read back a bit now
