Came home to large package today, 2 books but for the life of me have searched and cannot find the op which is buggin me, was a dinasour encyclopedia and science encyclopedia, we freaked out actually cos when we came home I picked up a parcel from the front door (we came in the back door) and the parcel was at least a foot away from the letterbox, also a postcard from mil about 2 foot away:eek:It was like someone had been in the house and put the books and postcard there
we have even been outside and posted the package of books ourselves to test that it did fit through the letterbox:rolleyes: and it did with a struggle and a bit of ripping of the jiffy bag so tis a bit confusing, mr woks thought I had left the door unlocked but
it was locked:eek: Mr woks even asked me if I had had a key cut for the postman:rolleyes: RCB that is not me in the bins, I was good and resisted and took to stalking people, standing behind the person who didnt want her school vouchers in both sainsburys and tesco:D did not grab the magnum stick up out the bin either cos the bin collecter came the sec after person put stick in bin:rolleyes:

Flickering_Ember wrote: »http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1654251 Yet again....so many people seem to blindly enter comps and then end up with prizes they have no use for. Why enter in the first place? Why possibly deprive someone else of something they'd love for the sake of it? *rant over*
Hi everyone, can i just say that the comp nicole won from was one from Full House, not hjb's one, i had the same letter this morning regarding the same prize,
I've replied to the thread as it's a bit difficult for the members to know the full details when entering these comps..

think if any one is at fault, it's really my faultas said in my reply perhaps we should list each prize individually, but sometimes that's so time consuming, i'm not sure what the anwser could be

Can I just say a massive thanks again to cheeky chicken, for the choccie pack, because it's a really sweet gesture to offer it to people in here, and having had a rubbish day at work, it really cheered me up knowing that is coming to DD..it's lovely knowing there are such kind people out there...
on the subject of prizes that people don't want, I guess some people get carried away. Personally I've not even got the time to enter the comps where I want the prizes..one thing though - I won tickets for a very local golf club, and they turned up at very short notice, so my brother couldn't go..I offered them on here, and sent them on to someone who never even sent a pm back saying thanks, and I did wonder if they ended up on e-bay, cos she lived a long way from it...
Munchkim - what you did with the coffee machines was lovely, and although I don't post often it's those kind gestures that make this place lovely...the same as someone suggesting FE for a meal that someone couldn't make..
Hugs to all those that need them..hometime now :jJune wins: 2 x Robbie Williams tickets, iPad mini, £200 skatehut voucher
A huge thank you to all posters xx0 -
