Yea felt like this before, which is why I'm trying just to hide away and get over it. I ended up being signed off last year with anxiety and fatigue. Actually it was this time last year I was off work. Hmmm. But then I remembered you guys are good on here at helping cheer people up so I thought I'd say something.

I hope you start to feel better soon. I suffer quite bad with anxiety & depression, to the point that I'm paranoid to go out on my own its not a nice thing & I know how it feels to start having no motivation or enjoyment for things, try thinking positive as much as you can

Now personal shopper, that would be an amazing job lol!

I think this might be a good chance to give up on Lush.. hmmm. Will keep it for a few days to see if anymore smaller prizes come back but if not, I cba carrying on... shame.

I'm sure you'd be able to find something on the internet about getting into it.

Sometimes a change of season can affect people.

Have you ever tried Lemon Essential Oil? I find sniffing it can lift my mood. But, then I love lemons. Find a scent you love and keep it with you. Or, what about Bach's (?) Rescue Remedy?
