advise on my ebay probs

hiya,

ive got 2 problems with my ebay shop, so any advise please

1) i spend a lot of time on my photos and getting my descriptions right -- ive noticed that people are pinching my photos and copy/pasting my description.
which is really annoying after i spend a lot of money on camera etc then lots of time getting my photos right,

2) i find customers are buying from me then leaving positive feedback then emailing me and saying there now not happy with the item - what am i supposed to do with these customers?!

Suggestion for problem #1 - when preparing the pics, are youable to write some form of label on them so that others won't want to use them ?

Point 2) We will probably need some more information as this sounds a bit odd. Are you selling a high risk item, something that can break or fail after a short while? Some buyers do have a moan after buying something but it is actually quite rare, so if this is fairly common for you then I suggest you have a problem with your item, if it isn't all the same item then there is something in your auctions that is attracting chancer buyers.

We had the same problem with a highly priced item we were selling. Make sure to report them! Ebay will remove the listing.
