    Shoe size?
The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.

best thing to do is just get a credit report and see whats on it, they are very detailed but they dont show what you earn or who you work for etc.... yet

Because it a credit report and your employer doesn't provide you with credit and so doesn't report your credit dealings with the agencies.

But too be able too apply for credit it asks you for your work info, so why do they bother if it's not logged.

Maybe I'm not being very clear or have misundestood the question.

When a specific lender rates you for suitability for their loans then yes , your salary, job type, property ownership etc etc is indeed included in their internal rating.
But the information is not held on the credit agencies records.

I disagree. I want my credit file to show as little as possible.

I can see why it would be good in some cases, however if you start including everything like salary details on there, next it will be DNA, bone marrow samples, Mother's maiden name, sexual orientation, etc. stored on there.
You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.
