Applying for 0% Card during Mortgage App???

I would like a 0% BT card to use to get a cheap loan from my Egg Money Card.

I bank with Barclays and just have an Egg Money Card and AMEX Platinum.

I will probably get a further loan with Barclays in the near future so I guess Virgin will be my best bet for time being???

Credit has no problems although just waiting for my first house/mortgage to go through in next 3-4 weeks.

Should I wait till we have moved in or apply now?

Can I also transfer my GF's credit cards onto the new card?
