Business Bank Account

Could anyone please recommend a business bank account (that is either free or has a minimal monthly running cost) that provides a cost-effective method of accepting low value international cheques? USD 35.00 would be an example of a typical cheque value. Other cheque currencies being AUD, EUR and CAD.
Many thanks!

I would go for Abbey, which offers free business banking in most cases. It wouldn't help you much with your foreign payments, but you could use a service like www.auctionchex.co.uk which can transfer the sterling value into your bank account. They don't charge a commission/fee as such BUT (as you might expect) their exchange rate is a little low - not too bad.
I have used both the above without any problems.Life should be a little nuts; otherwise it's just a bunch of Thursdays strung together.0
