OCE 3018 photocopier service info.

Hi, Our scout group has a 3018 copier has anyone a service manual or scourse of information on servicing (i.e what is required and how to access).
It now gives streaky and dark background on copies so black readable text on very dark grey background. First copy reasonable then streaks appears. I believed it was drum cleaning required but have been advise it may need developer adding.

We have always have to selected lightest setting to get good copies otherwise balck copies appear though believe this may be due to low temperature during the winter.

I am a Chartered Electrical Engineer so competant and safe to work on the machine.

Any assistance appreciated.
