Cancelling a bid

I have an item on ebay which ends tonight. When listing the item, the only postage option I gave was UK as the item is very fragile and I did not want to risk international postage. The highest bidder at the minute is from Japan and did not contact me before bidding:mad:
Should I cancel this bid, the second highest bid is only £2 less.

If you dont want to post to Japan,then cancel the bid now. Go to the settings page in my ebay,and set your preferences so that overseas cannot bid on your auctions.Im sure Soolin will be on soon with the correct link for this.TO FINISH LAST, FIRST YOU HAVE TO FINISH....0
