:eek:Help! We are first time buyers, have found the property that we love and have about £15000 deposit but have now been refused a mortgage! This is due to us having a 3year Trust Deed that we finished paying for nearly a year ago now. We have done our credit rating on Experian and one is 'fair' and other one is 'good' so i am not sure if there is anyone out there that will actually give us a mortgage? Can anyone help us with this one please? I know it IS possible to get a mortgage with problems such as CCJ's but that is not our failing so can someone help us here pleeeeeease!
Thanks

I'd talk to a whole of market broker that knows what is available for your needs.
No point in making multiple applications wandering down the high street - it will do more damage.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
