Found a lovely pink case i want....just got to have it...
But i haven't heard of this company before and wondered if anyone knew anything about them at all

They've been going for years. From what I've heard they are a bit poor if you need to return anything but many of these outfits are.

they are ok and genuine but if the parts are not in stock they do sometimes make you wait and not inform you. Also the cases I ordered where very flimsy.

found the a nightmare myself and wished I'd read all the bad web feedback on them before ordering

I have used them and had incredibly bad service when trying to return something. They even claimed that I hadn't returned something when they had emailed to say it had been received. I wouldn't use them again!

PC advisor has told me before they totally disregard the PC makers record on customer service and product reliability. They say thats widespread in PC mag reviews and there's no other way of doing it.

PC Pro do an annual supplement and survey for support and quality of companies from PC manufacturers small and large to ISPs, and they often mention this in reviews, so not all mags are the same...

well that is true and worth noting thanks isofa.
but pcpro also give rave reviews to eclipse so I'm not convinced they factor comoany reputation into their reviews either.

also their survey doesn't report results if the number of replies on a company is small (<20 maybe) so they;ve not given the poll ratings for eclipse.
personally I think they should give results for any company with more than 5 results - I think I'm capable of assessing a rating in view of its sample size.

pcw does allow users to give their rating against a review - I suppose by the time enough users have bought and evaluated a PC its no longer a current model though

gosh just checked pc pro's survey
they say
"Note that for the results to be statistically valid, we need 100 people to have given their feedback on the company"
I think I can make my mind up with a lot fewer than 100 people's judgment !! their "valid" and my valid obviously don't agree !
