Barclays claim help

Hello all

I'd sent my initial letter to Barclays, asking for list of charges/statements. Once i'd received that i've now sent my follow up letter asking for the money back.

Barclays have now come back saying they will not pay up as they deem the charges to be fair etc.

My question is, does this now constitute a claim ? i.e if the Court rules against the banks, will i be in line for my charges back ? or do i have to follow up with something else ?

I did quickly look at the hardship route, but dont think i fall into that category (although things are a little tight at the moment)

Thanks
