Credit Card charges Reclaim - Vanquis C/C

Hi,

Advice please, I sent the template letter from this site to reclaim charges on a Vanquis Credit Card I had a few years ago.

I have received the following response along with the £10.00 postal order I sent:

I refer to your correspondence regarding a list of all default charges that have been applied to your account.

Please be advised that your account is a 'No Hidden Charges' product and therefore no default charges would have been applied to your account.

If you require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me on telephone number 0845 130 7088 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Telephone calls may be monitored and all calls will be recorded for the purpost of quality control, training and/or fraud prevention. Alternatively, you may wish to write to me at the above address, ensuring that your reference number is quoted on all correspondence.

In the event that you remain dissatisfied, you are entitled to contact the Financila Ombudsman Service who will review your case. In order for this to happen you must refer the matter within six months from the date of this letter.

I know that charges where applied to this account as it was passed to a DCA and the amount was £1900 (the credit limit was £800.00). Could someone please advise what the next action should be to recover the charges.

Regards
