Your team needs to consist of 11 kids between 14 and 16
The kids must be accompanied by 3 adults (although the adults will not participate in the ceremony)
All 14 members of the party will receive match tickets to the game and the 11 kids will also receive exclusive UEFA Champions League merchandise
The party must also be available for a rehearsal at Old Trafford on the afternoon of Tuesday 28th April as well as the Matchnight on Wednesday 29th April
