Item not complete...

A few days ago I purchased a selection of seed beads off ebay. It was a wholesale mix bag and the photo clearly showed the colours of the beads. The item description didn't actually list the bead colours but I have bought from this seller before and so didn't think there would be any problems.
I received the beads this morning and although I was pleased because the bag was bigger than I was expecting there are no silver beads included which was one of the main reasons I bought the mix. You can clearly see the silver beads on the photo in the item description.
I have already emailed the seller to say that the beads have arrived, informed him that I was expecting the silver beads and that I think the photo is misleading. However, I ended up saying that it was my mistake in that I should've queried which colour beads were actually included instead of relying on the photo...
I'm hoping that he might send me some silver... but that might just be wishful thinking!!
What do you think I should do if he just brushes off my response or doesn't reply at all? I haven't left feedback yet.
Thanks.

Was there anything in the description to say that the items could differ from the items pictured? Wait to see the ebayers response and if they are unhelpful start an item not as described dispute. You will have to return the original item at your own cost tho so its up to you if its worth it.Life is too short to waste a minute of it complaining about bad luck. Find joy in the simple things, show your love for those around you and be grateful for all that you have.

But...
Panic over! Lol. He said his wife/gf made up the mix and that there should have been some silver in there. He's going to send me some extra silver.0
