    Do you know if this is definate,and is it all sizes of fence panels? as looked on thier website and no mention of it.

    B&Q seem to be doing lots of things at 4.99 this weekend, or not

    Regardless of who is responsible for the boundary, you are responsible for keeping your dog in the garden. If the neighbour doesn't want to replace the fence, then it's your responsibility to fence your garden.
