Idiots!!!

I just really need to get this off my chest...
I used this sitebed&breakfast to find aB&B in Edinburgh, the prices are per room yet when contacting the provider they stated the same amount yet per person.

I thought perhaps the prices were a special deal with the website so contacted them to check, they suggested i contacted the provider as they do not set THEIR prices, (i take the caps from their email) and prices were higher in high season etc.

After replying stating it was not high season (this weekend)and taht surely they did not want to advertise the incorrect prices I get a stupid email quoting my words, stating you say.... an their response.

They are making money from this website and to be honest I just wanted to check my facts before I talked to the provider, what ever happened to customer service!! stupid idiots it's almost like they are defending why they advertise completely wrong prices, therefore making their website pointless. :mad: :mad: :mad:

Looking at the website, it seems all prices are listed as 'per room'. However, very few B&B's charge this way. They nearly all charge per person. I would say at a guess that the problem lies with the person that runs the website. They obviously have little or no experience of B&B's.
I always find the 'Smoothound' website to be a good source for quality B&B's but they do charge quite a lot for listing so a lot of the good but less popular ones have left.
