dla review and renewal... confused

hi we phoned up to request forms for a review of my sons dla as his needs have increased, we filled out the forms and returned them and they now have it. theres something concerning me though we have also had renewal forms sent out at about the same time do we also need to fill them out as well it just seems so daft to fill out two forms with the exact same information, also the renewal form doesnt have anything about the mobility component with it. it just dawned on me then when the lady at dla asked if i was checking if they had the review or the renewal forms, its all so confusing

If I were you I would give them a call and just ask them to clarify if they want you to fill in and return the renewel as well as the review.
