Transferred too much to my LloydtsbTSB credit card online?

I was paying of some of my credit card, and I accidently transferred too much. What happens to the money that is not needed?

If you paid SOME of your card how can you transfer too much ?0 -
So I might as well spend my next, how ever much it is, on my credit card to use it up?0

I paid some of it off, then I got paid so I paid the whole lot off, but then the first lot didn't go through, hence I transferred too much.0

You'll be in credit by the amount that you overpaid...0

Either spend it or request a refund. I closed down my egg card last week after having had a 2p credit balance for at least 4 years. On the phone they said they would transfer the credit balance to my bank account, I told them not to bother but low and behold it came through today!0
