Advice on fake item (another question added!)

If your claim mentioned a fake item and Paypal usually ask you to return before being refunded, maybe they have settled the claim as in section 13.9 of the paypal user agreeement-which informs the seller
If you lose a Significantly Not as Described Claim because the item you sold is counterfeit, you will be required to provide a full refund to the buyer and you will not receive the item back (it may be destroyed).

In my understanding, if you have a fake item, you don't need to return it. Indeed, posting fake items is discouraged.
Why would he want it back unless to scam another? Wouldn't ask him though, just ignore his messages. If they get bad, forward to ebay.
Ask ebay their policy on fake items, for clarification, You might only get a vague reply about something else entirely, but at least you tried :rotfl:
