Can I request my IVA administarotrs to make my wife and I bankrupt?
(Other than default the monthly payments)
It has been running for a year so provision for BR will have already been taken out of this..

I don't think so. But if you stop paying for three months anyway then you will default and have saved the money to be able to BR yourself if the provision is no longer there from your IP.:jDebt Free after 5 years.:j Now Time to start saving for my move to Canada

I would agree with not-so-wise-one very few will pay for it as their fees will get paid first out of the money you have paid in.:rolleyes: Money Talks ...but all mine ever says is Goodbye! :rolleyes:0

My IVA is with Synergi (Previously TCF), provision (in the small print) was made in the 1st years payemnts for our bankruptcy..0
