I prefer to know about the win before it's posted to me if it's something that won't fit in my letter box as that way I can chase it if it never turns up. I live in a flat and delivery people don't have access to our letter boxes so if they come when I'm out that I'd never know about it!

Im staring out the window I know my OH is jealous he know's the thoughts that are racing through my mind,
I can feel his eyes darting from the tv to me, Im trying hard not too let him see how badly I need this other man
in my life, I love my OH with all my heart but I can's stop the feelings I have, My thought turn to the object of my obsession
He is not the best looking but he has a power over me I cannot control, He can make me tremble with anticipation or deflate
Like an abandoned balloon at a childs party, I can sense his presense, I know he is not far.. My eyes wander to the top of the
street, I see my first glimpse of him I must have tensed up because my OH coughed nervously and asked " Shall I put the kettle on"
"Yes" I reply but we both know he just want's to get out of the room, He dosent want to witness the desperation of me seek'ing out the
attention of this person.
Im up at the window now my net curtains twitching, He spot's them moving and grins, He is taking his time just to show me he knows
he is control, My heart is beating so fast I get light headed, I wonder if todays the day if he will knock for me and change my life ,
He walks up my path whistling the tune from kill bill The lonely sheapard I face the door heart in my mouth silently begging
"Please knock please" My sense's are finely tuned I hear the letterbox being lifted but no, not today he is not going to knock I know
this even before I hear the thud,My OH's voice shouts out "Just bill's love maybe tomorrow you will win something" My heart sinks lower as

I'm exactly the same I saw the postie walking up the road and the one in his van driving down. I went out onto the balcony to watch the see if the one in the van had any parcels but he went to the shop opposite then got back in his van and drove away. Then I wait for the postie to walk towards the building and there's a ten second period when if there's something for me he'll ring the bell. If the bell doesn't ring I wait for him to leave and go back across the road before running downstairs to see if there's something that might have fitted into the letter box. Today he did ring the bell but there were no surprises and no cheques for £100s.

I think I need to get a hobbie :rolleyes:

Im still waiting for my postie he lives across the road so does our street last. I definatly need a hobby I wonder if I could win one :rotfl:
