Hi all,
Just wanted to Thank Orange for some excellent service.
My mobile screen went blank on Sunday, I rang on Monday and Hey Presto! New phone arrived on Tuesday!
I am very impressed with Holly(diagnostics) and Cian (billing) who dealt with all my questions very professionally.

previously they didn't seem to care less about me. Although I was PAYG at the time so I can understand why0

My mum has her business phone with orange and they've been amazingly good. Always replace her phone overnight, and have good customer services.0

williham, I hope your mom doesn't cancel her contract with them. Two years later she will get twice daily phone calls and threatenting letters from a debt collecting agency, the phone calls go on for around
6 weeks. She will then be told that that a doorstop collector will visit her. No-one will or can prove she owes money, she probably won't owe money but Orange won't care. All this for £17.0 -

I take it you have had a bad exerience?
Almost everytime I've called them I've had terrible service from them, e.g. lies about delivery dates for a phone that is out of stock, being put on hold indefinetly, being cut off, being charged for services (unlocking code) then being told I'm not eligible but not being able to get a refund either, having bills sent to the wrong address, etc. etc.
One time I asked for a PAC and my phone battery died. I didn't bother calling back but a few days later I was surprised to find the person I spoke to kindly sent me a PAC in the post. So they're good at getting rid of customers.0
