best instant access savings account

hi, im afraid i am not nor ever have been a saver and have always lived life day to day, that is until i found this site..

now i have realised that over christmas i dont want to get into debt again and i hate it when things go wrong i.e the car and we have to use wages to repair things, for example our washing machine blew up the other week and we had to buy a new one from the wages as we have no savings, so heres the deal, i want a savings account that i can get instant access to if i need money in a hurry, i am wanting to set up a standing order into it from my current account at lloyds for say £15.00 a week to start off with, and preferably one that you dont need £100 to open straight away!

many thanks for any advice on the best, also would like to be able to view the savings account over the internet if poss.

Thank you

Kaz xx
