how does the budget effect insurance?

any comments on this would be interesting for me!
the only thing i can think of is the idea to give £2000 to people who buy new cars and trade inn an old car for scrappage - i assume this will be good for car insurance companies and the comparison sites:cool:
the change in petrol duty is small enough to not make a major difference i think.
Can anyone think of anything else? How will the change in pension allowance for over £150k affect pensions? (doesn't effect me yet;))
