not sure if this is the right forum to post on....
we have a baby on the way in the next few weeks and I was thinking ahead...
is there a website or an organisation that can help us work out what is best to do when the missus wants to return to work - for example with the wage I am on and her wage is it better financially for her to go part time and me stay full time, and if so how many hours can she work before the benefit evaporates.
I am sure other people have been through this thought process but I am not sure where to even begin.

Have you looked at http://www.entitledto.com/
We've got a 10 week old, and i'm desperate NOT to go back to work full time.
We were advised to have a look, and put in our details as if i'm working, and again as i'm not to see if its worth me returning.
Good luck - All of the stress/pain/sleepless nights are worth it in the end - honest!!:beer:0 -
