ISMI and the budget

In november the chancellor announced changes to ISMI including the freezing of the applicable interest rate at 6.08% for 6 months, today he said the changes would be extended for 6 months, but he didnt say if that included the freeze on the interest rate, has anybody heard anything definite about this yet?

If your talking about the overall interest rate then that is a matter for the Bank of England. Its likely to stay low for a while but there is nothing definite.
