If you are buying directly from the developers then your mortgage valuation will suffice. Even if the house is a couple of years old, I personally wouldn't bother with anything more.
Again, if you're buying directly from the developer, you might want to employ a professional 'snagger' instead, who will create a list of faults for the developer to fix before moving day. They're bound to find more than you!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
