linaspilibaitisisbatman.i do know how to function my phone correctly.and i havnt said i inadvertently accessed data services.0

With all due respect how did it happen then?
Your phone has been accessing the service. It means either someone took it and used it without you knowing or that its been cloned.
If its been cloned then I strongly doubt it would just be data services used.
Whether you like it or not your phone used these services and you have a battle to cancel the bill.0 -
02 say my phone has been accessing the service not me. that is why i have asked for further proof from them. i did not access data services. the phone was in a locked safe for a lot of the times the data use shows, im sure if anyone had cracked the safe they would have taken money that was stored next to it.0
