Cancelling a dfs order

We ordered a corner sofa and large stool from DFS last year, i thought at the time the stool wouldnt fit,but DH said it would..we got home and i set out the area and showed him it wouldnt..he agreed! So i had to cancel the stool.Admittedly this was the next day,but sales man said i had to have it as the order had been sent to manufacture base.I spoke with higher up person,explaining i would not be paying for it,and it got cancelled.Sofa came quickly and its very comfy!TO FINISH LAST, FIRST YOU HAVE TO FINISH....0
