Not impressed with "click insurance"

Am reviewing the household finances at the moment and have to say a big thank you to all. As a result of info from MSE have achieved(valuation today, so fingers crossed)a first rate mortgage deal and am awaiting rebate from Thames Water-so big thanks to one and all.
Spoke to "Click Insurance" in an effort to get a life insurance quote for missus and the got to the stage of, please send either e email or docs for perusal and the young lady on end of phone was convinced I had signed up for what I consider an expensive policy-was very indignant when I reiterated for the umpteenth time that I wanted a quote in order to balance up against what other providers were offering -am quite used to assertive sales types/call centres on phone but have not had anyone pay so little attention to what a customer is saying in order to pursue a "sale".
Anyone else had any shockers with this outfit?
