Hi

Does anyone sell on playtrade, i am looking for advice regarding alleged lost items that i have sent. I have had 4 items go missing alone this month. In 1 case i refunded the buyer and issued a claim with royal mail who will not refund me due to the buyer not replying to their letter asking them to confirm non delivery. I am in a no win situation regarding missing items as fairplay trade guarante refund the buyer automatically if i do not refund them. What does everyone else do with regards to missing items.

Sold the odd bit, but nothing for months (had one neg from a bloke in Poland who very cleaverly put UK as their country and then moaned when the item was not delivered in a gold crafted crate or something).

Don't see why Playtrade particularly should be a problem.

No reason why you should not be able to claim from RM though - I've had to claim for eBay items and never had to prove non-delivery. Even if you do, surely the message from the buyer / Playtrade claim is sufficent proof.

how many items are you sending a month? 4 is a lot for a low volume trader
