Cheapest Energy Provider for a 1 bed flat?

Hi
So my boyfriend and I just put our deposit down on our new flat, which we will move into in June. We have been told we can decide on our own energy provider, but the question is which one do we go with? We've been living in halls of residence up until now so we have no basis of comparison as we've never paid an energy bill in our lives.

We have the usual bits and bobs, washing machine, laptop, small tv, bath, shower. We use most electricity in the day. It's a second floor flat so it's very warm so I doubt we'll use much heating. We live in Surrey if that makes a difference.

Is there anyone in similar living conditions who could give us an example of a typical bill? Much appreciated!

I use Ebico as I am on prepayment and they have no standing charges or tiered rates.

I check every few months if I am still on the cheapest and haven't found cheaper yet.

Online tariffs may be cheaper if I went down that route.

I use about Elec 5kwh per day. And gas 5kwh except winter around 26 kwh daily (flat with usual stuff)

Use a comparison site perhaps with a few xtra kwh.
