Easy way to borrow 3 to 8,000 pounds without too high interest charges?

in Credit cards
I'm looking to purchase some goods in another country and sell on in this country....
I need to borrow in the region of £3000 to £8000.
Problem with loans is that they penalise you for paying it off quickly? And basically it probably will be paid off quite quick and in one lump sum as I'm bringing some goods over to "hopefully!" sell on.
Another problem is that they will be requiring Telegraphic Transfer, so I cant just use a credit card with the funds, I have to use a foreign exchange company like moneycorp, and I don't think you can transfer the funds over with credit card... (or can you? lol ) I would of thought you have to have the funds in your bank and transfer using BACS / Chaps or Faster payments svc.
Another problem is I will need the funds at relatively short notice, maybe within a week or two so can't be done with too long a delay.
Anyone got any ideas of what would be a cheap and relatively easy way to borrow a smallish amount that will be paid back in a lump sum quite quickly?
Some kind of loan or a decent credit card?? Any other ideas?
thanks,
JJ.

How about a bank account either business or personal who may offer you an overdraft and the facilities to make the telegraphic transfer.0

8000 on a new credit card or new overdraft account will be tough to obtain..... probably a loan is a more realisitc approach in my opinion. i know banks dont give such large overdrafts easily unless u have a history with them or are doing a switchers pack where they will match ur existing facilities.
hope this helps0
