Ebay and paypal

Why is there not a forum SPECIFICALLY for Paypal and Ebay rip-offs ?

I saw on my bank statement today that Paypal has deducted almost £ 40 from my account, spread over five direct debit payments.
This is for just one day, 16 April.

Paypal fees are normally paid from the direct debit.

I cannot find any corellating amounts for items that I have bought prior to that date, although there have been some purchases over the previous week.

However, while waiting for a money transfer from my bank to the paypal account, I have been using paypal when my actual paypal ballance was zero, so Paypal have been drawing payments to sellers directly from my registered bank account, instead of using any money which would normally be in the paypal account.
I do know about this, and have been temporarily using this facility.

BUT >
Does Paypal actually charge me for drawing money directly from the bank account, in ADDITION to the amount required to pay for the item bought ?

I have tried contacting Paypal for an answer, using that stupid female answer auto-bot Joanne on the Paypal answer site is frankly frustrating, one never receives a straight answer and we go around in circles.

If you do not answer any replies from "her" properly, she constantly repeats the question and does not allow you to proceed to another question.
I have to shut down the session and re-start.

This eventually, obviously, puts people off from asking too many awkward questions, which seems to be what Paypal wants.

Has ANYONE actually received ANY answer from Paypal about anything ?

You rarely get any sense from PP without ringing them and speaking to a person.
When you do, they're pretty good at sorting things out.
So, IMO, no need for a specific forum, at least not here

I agree with Fay give them a ring and they will help you. Theyre not very good at responding to emails (probably cause they are all on the phone). But the customer service is very good if you call them.

I cant praise paypal up enough :)

Over the years Ive had several incidents on my account and each one has been dealt with quickly and proffesionally.

Infact only yesterday when updating a new card on my profile the system decided it was going to throw a tiff and locked all my limits :o so was unable to buy or sell .. One email and 20 mins later my account was back up and running .

I have only ever dealt with them via email and can say everytime no problems at all
